Terms of Service

Services, content, and products (collectively "Services," singularly "Service") provided by Keiichi Anime Forever are governed by the following Terms of Service ("Terms of Service"). By accessing or making use of the Keiichi Anime Forever Services, you hereby accept and agree to the terms and provisions within this document. If you do not agree with these terms in their entirety without modification, you are prohibited from accessing any of Keiichi Anime Forever's Services. Keiichi Anime Forever reserves the right to modify this Terms of Service from time to time without notice to you or others.

Keiichi Anime Forever makes no claims for the integrity, accuracy, or completeness of any Content made available via Keiichi Anime Forever Services. Under no circumstances will Keiichi Anime Forever be made liable in any way for Content that is available on a Keiichi Anime Forever Service.

2.2. You understand that Keiichi Anime Forever reserves the right to screen, filter, modify, refuse, or remove Content from any Service but has no obligation to screen, filter, modify, refuse, or remove Content made available. You understand that you may be exposed to material that you find offensive or objectionable.

2.3. You agree that you are solely responsibility for any Content that originates from you and that you are responsible for any consequences that may result from Content that you have made available using the Services.

3. License of Content

3.1. Content that has been made available to you through the Services are provided to you with a personal, non-assignable and non-exclusive licence for the purpose of using these Services for your own benefit. You understand that you may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or create a derivative work of material made available via the Services unless you have been specifically told that you can do so within a written agreement with Keiichi Anime Forever.

3.2. For Content made available through a Keiichi Anime Service, you understand that you retain the copyright to the Content and maintain any rights that you already hold. By submitting Content to Keiichi Anime Forever, you give Keiichi Anime Forever a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide, and non-exclusive license to copy, distribute, reproduce, adapt, modify, publish, publicly perform, publicly display Ccontent that you made made available for which you have the rights to grant such a license. By removing all instances of Content from the website and ensuring that such Content does not appear anywhere on any Keiichi Anime Forever Service, you understand that the license granted above will expire, but you understand that Keiichi Anime Forever may still retain copies for archival purposes.

4. Termination

4.1. You may end your relationship with Keiichi Anime Forever at any time and terminate your Keiichi Anime Forever account or accounts by sending a written request to Keiichi Anime Forever via means of email. The termination of a Keiichi Anime Forever account will render your account inaccessible by yourself and others and it will hinder the ability for others and you to access the majority of information contained within the account. If you do not have a Keiichi Anime Forever account, you may simply discontinue using the website to terminate your relationship with Keiichi Anime Forever. By terminating your relationship with Keiichi Anime Forever, the License of Content section will survive termination until the Content that you have made available has been removed in its entirety from all Keiichi Anime Forever Services by you.

4.2. You agree that Keiichi Anime Forever reserves the right to terminate your account and/or your access to any Keiichi Anime Forever service without prior notice to your and others, with or without cause, at our own discretion, and effective immediately. If your access is terminated, you understand that you may not use or access to any Keiichi Anime Forever Service for which this termination affects.

5. Indemity

5.1. You agree to indemnify Keiichi Anime Forever and its subsidiaries, affiliates, licensors, officers, agents, and employees from any claim or demand from and against all claims and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of your use of a Keiichi Anime Forever Service.

6. Disclaimer

6.1. The Services available on Keiichi Anime Forever are provided "as is." Keiichi Anime Forever provides no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including, without limitation, the warranties of title, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Keiichi Anime Forever makes no warranty that a Service will be error-free or access to a Service will be uninterrupted and continuous. You understand that you access material or Content through a Keiichi Anime Forever Service at your own discretion and risk.

6.2. You understand and agree that Keiichi Anime Forever and its subsidiaries, affiliates, licensors, officers, agents, and employees shall not be liable for any punitive, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may arise out of using a Keiichi Anime Forever Service.

7. General

7.1. Should Keiichi Anime Forever fail to exercise or enforce a provision or term of the Terms of Service, the provision or term is not waived in any means. If a term or provision of this document is found to be unenforceable, the other terms and provisions in the Terms of Service shall remain in full force and effect.
