Command Phrase: Gekihatsu motte raito! (Outburst with light!)

Ability: This zanpakutou is standard in appearance with its tsuba decorated in small hearts. These themselves give the blade a rather "girlish" appearance, however this should not be what the opponent judges the weapon by. During the the shikai release the blade does not transform. In order for the release to happen, the blade is removed from it's sheath (the sheath acts as a striker). The blade during this phase, however, ignites and is constantly being engulfed by bright white and yellow flames of fire that envelop up the user's arm in the shape of a butterfly. The flames never leave the blade.
The only exception for this is when the weapon is struck against another weapon for offensive or defensive purposes. The user may release small explosions from tip in spheres or crescents, each having the effect of "blinding" the opponent if the attack hits directly. This shikai is especially known for it's quick and close range strikes that can also attach and grab objects with it's odd flame. In it's Bankai form, Fure Sei Amatsumiko (Flare Star Emporer), the blade significantly increases in size to a regular sized katana with a decorative handle. The tsuba extends and curves down into a half circle that guards the user's wrists on back and expands and retracts with each swing to accommodate the user's arm movements. The white flame moves from the blade and is non-present, however the blade does retain it's fire properties and holds a bright white look to it and ranges from a yellow to light tan tint during striking moves. In bankai form the user may release smaller forms of the "Eikoudan" attack at will and use these to attack from long range, however, this Zanpakutou looses this ability if the attack "Araikasai" is used and will not regain after the current battle is concluded.
